How to Make Chocolate Covered Bananas
Peel the bananas and cut them in half.
Insert a lollipop or popsicle stick about 1 inch into the cut end of each banana.

Melt the chocolate for about 1.5-2 minutes, but make sure to check and stir every 30 seconds.
Then mix in the coconut oil and let it melt.

Dip each banana in the chocolate and set aside.
