Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (250 g)
  • 4.5 oz cream cheese 125 g
  • 7 oz chocolate (milk, dark, or white) (200 g)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for a smoother coating) (15 ml)
Decorations:
  • Sprinkles, crushed cookies, chopped nuts, chocolate shavings

Method

Make the base:
  1. Blend Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with cream cheese until smooth.
Shape:
  1. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill until firm.
Melt chocolate:
  1. Melt chocolate gently, stirring until smooth. Add coconut oil if using.
Dip:
  1. Insert sticks and dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
Decorate and set:
  1. Add toppings while wet, then let set on parchment.
Serve:
  1. Enjoy once fully set.

Notes

  1. Chill before dipping:
Firm, cold cake pops hold their shape better and won’t fall apart in the melted chocolate.
  2. Use just enough cream cheese:
Add only what’s needed to bind the crumbs. Too much makes the mixture soft and hard to coat.
  3. Dip slowly and tap off excess:
Rotate gently in the chocolate and tap off extra coating for a smooth, even finish.
